The only draw back of this fan was that the installation insturctions are totally generic and do not apply specifically to this fan. Due to this the installation of the blades to the motor was time consuming to figure out as the generic instructions indicated to mount the blade on the bottom of the motor ring while in fact they have to be mounted to the top of the motor ring for this fan and since it is obcured by the attached light assembly it is not obvious to see this.
