(More customer reviews)I purchased this product thinking it would be a brass finish like the one in the image. Turns out that the small print mentions that it's actually a brushed steel finish. I contacted the seller to see if we could exchange or refund, and they said that it was my mistake and if I wanted to return it I'd have to pay shipping both ways. So my total refund ends up being around $3.00. That's BS.
