(More customer reviews)This item is used and NOT in original packaging. No where on the review was that listed. It was shipped in a box full of used bags and the pieces were just thrown in. There were so many extra pieces I didn't know what is what. This is not for the normal do-it-yourselfer. The installation manual was NOT included.
